Shachi Irde
Ms. Irde leads DEI, business, and human resource consulting practice.
She is a recognized community leader and public speaker with expertise in topics on leadership competencies, gender sensitization, networking, sponsorship, engaging men, unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and women’s career trajectory. She focuses on evidence-based practices in her consulting, content design, and speaking engagements. She has delivered sessions impacting over 3000 people over the years.
She has developed DEI policy and process audits to help organizations identify and bridge inclusion gaps.
Ms. Irde led Catalyst (www.catalyst.org)in India, a leading not-for-profit organization with a mission to expand opportunities for women and businesses. She was instrumental in strategizing and/or supporting over 50 organizations to become inclusive for women by focusing on accountability and measuring outcomes.
Prior to joining Catalyst, she served as the Head of Diversity at Infosys (www.infosys.com), where she developed and managed the organization’s D&I initiatives including the first leadership development program for women and D&I Councils. She also played an integral role in launching the organization’s ground-breaking employee resource group (ERG) for LGBT employees. In addition, she conceptualized and delivered successful employee engagement programs focusing on communication, health, and safety. She also held responsibilities in human resource function for a vertical and employee relations function for the organization.
She has also held Human Resource leadership roles within Wipro -e-Peripherals Ltd. She was a member of the Advisory Council of D & I at NASSCOM.
Ms. Irde has featured in the 2016 edition of Vodafone’s “Women of Wonder” for building communities. She has been recognized by ALL Women Economic Forum as “Iconic Woman in leadership”. She has been honored with the “Global Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Award” by World HRD Congress in 2017.
In addition to writing articles for leading newspapers and blogs for magazine, she has also co-authored a book chapter in the book *Globalization of Professional Services *published by Springer.

Mr. Vinit Thakur is a certified psychometric analyst, and Management trainer and consultant to organizations like 3M India, SAP India Ltd, Ernst &Young, Titan Industries, IBM India, Oracle University, and Corporation Bank. He has worked with US Technology Resources LLC( as Global Head of Learning and Competency Development), International Institute of Information Technology (as Associate Professor of IT), Professional Management Centre, Dubai (as Trainer), and Indo German Chamber of Commerce ( as a functional CIO, and Centre Head, Mumbai). He has taught in Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Al Ghurair University, Dubai, Berufsakademie, Karlsruhe, Germany, Mae FahLuang University, Thailand, UniversitatePadjadjaran, Bandung, Indonesia. He is currently an Adjunct Professor facilitating subjects like ERP, Data Science, and Project Management with Primavera.
